Excellent level of care. Very attentive warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable in the care of the nurses.
Suggested improvements
Allow us to warm ( ) coffee in the microwave in the ward - one for management to look into (it went cold after having passed out pattern canular in).

Johny and Kiran were great. They explained every step in detail and when in doubt they cleared them. They have been superb.
Suggested improvements
A video recording to take away such that we can follow it while doing the exercise. The audio starting to breathe in and out is important.

As I had heart failure condition. I did not feel alone. I found the staff, friendly polite and approachable.
I could get the answers to my questions quickly and efficiently.
Suggested improvements
None on this visit. Thank god King George A&E was not shut down. That would have been total devastation in a service which is most needed in the local community 5 star service.
